The WORST experience buying a brand new car I have ever had!

Delays from day one, complete lack of support and updates, problems with the delivery due to fault on steering and then the after-sales was terrible. Two visits back for warranty work in the first fortnight, resulting in me being banned from the entire franchise for a family member daring to state how unhappy I was! 


If you want to buy a Dacia in Hampshire, Go to Roxby Renault in Warsash, where they have a lovely friendly, family run dealership! 

Further issues today where the warranty work done after delivery (new wiper motor) has failed and I now have 2 slow speed wipers in this torrential weather... Sewards refuse to provide any support / proof of warranty repair paperwork so I have had to go back to Cust Svces at DACIA HQ. Now going to Roxby in Warsash instead, a family run business who rang me to see if they could help after DACIA got in touch with them!

Have been a customer of this dealership for many years to look after my Renault Grand Modus and I've always been very satisfied with their service, handling of warranty issues and costs. Ordered my new Dacia Stepway from them last year, the salesman couldn't have been more helpful and kept me informed throughout the long wait for delivery.

Expect to be using them for both my Renault & Dacia needs for a good few years to come.

Went through the Joys (initially very dubious) about purchasing a 'new' car (Dacia Duster Ambiance 4x2)

Admittedly, I spent far too long reading reviews / technical specs and weighing up what I want from a car.

Everything considered - The Duster was the Animal for me.

I had other commitments with a few other Garages for alternative brands, for test drives etc...there was a significant air of desperation from one group in particular (Farlington Hyun###)

Seaward staff 'Tom' was very clear and supportive in relation to all aspects of the Vehicle.

I took out a Laureate for a test drive, although I was aware I was going for the Ambiance.

Pre and Post Sales were and have been exceptional - Yes there were one or two small concerns, but with something of this nature it is to be expected. They dealt / managed my observations accordingly.

Should anything untoward happen to my Dynamic Duster, and the need for Warranty is called upon, I have no reason to suspect that they will not be as professional as history has shown me.

If I go down the avenue of upgrade, or additional car - Seaward will be my FIRST port of call.
