Will be launched prior to 2015… but not in the UK, yet.
Due to be unveiled in late October at the Sao Paulo Motor Show is the concept of a future pickup Duster. It will be produced in Brazil and Europe and will be launched prior to 2015, according to internal sources.
Dacia plants in Bursa (Turkey) and Tangier (Morocco) are possible choices for the implementation of an assembly line model. Dacia had initially launched a pick-up version of their first Logan. But, the manufacturer needed capacity for its Duster and suddenly stopped marketing this vehicle, a little small and very spartan. The pick-up Logan is however still produced in South Africa and marketed by the Japanese ally Nissan.
