Best Grade In The Music Class, Dacia Supports “Classic Is Fantastic” For The Fifth Year

26th February 2016 by AG_Admin Leave a Comment

Since 2010, every month, the halls of George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra and Odeon Theatre in Bucharest fill up with children who attend musical programmes specially designed for their age, at the “Classic Is Fantastic” school.

The “Classic Is Fantastic” programme has two themes, “How to understand music” and “The childhood of great musicians”, and it offers children the opportunity to listen to famous musical pieces, to recognise the works of great composers and, most important, to cherish classical music.

The 2015-2016 season is the fifth season supported by Dacia as partner of this musical educative programme.

Starting with the concert to be held on Sunday 21 February (“Barber of Sevilleā€ by G. Rossini), Dacia will be present at the Romanian Athenaeum with interactive activities for children. These include a thematic photo corner, the Little Orchestra, where children may play musicians, with real instruments and Victorian wigs, for some extra fun. And to make it an unforgettable experience, children will be able to take home their photo on magnetic support.

Dacia has a tradition in associating with prestigious cultural events in Romania, as partner of the “Gopo” Awards, Gaudeamus Book Fair, as well as of the musical projects “The Travelling Piano”, “The Violin Duel”, “Enescu’s Violin in Villages” and “The Golden Flute”.
