Take it out for a drive in the rain, that’ll get rid of it.
For ‘dusty’, read ‘rusty’?
I am not talking about Dust and i am talking about the Rust marked in red,, not sure if this will be removed by rain
Maybe it had been stood a whole, a spot of Mr Sheen and a feather duster should get rid of the dust!

It is merely surface rust. It is no problem on large castings they will last far longer than the car. The problem with rust is with relatively thin steel parts
i meant to say Rusty components and not Dusty.. my fault
We presumed, probably auto corrected! I meant to say while not whole!i meant to say Rusty components and not Dusty.. my fault
A rear drive shaft for starters. It's a 4x4.
Sorry, John re-read your post, we couldn't resist!
On a serious note, that does look pretty naff! Almost like they forgot to put any paint on!!
As compensation for our earlier jokes re dust, here is a pic of my 2019 Prestige 4x2's bottom!
I don't have the extra bits you have, but they look pretty black.

Now we know what we're talking about, no it's not normal. The underside of mine was as clean and well painted as the visible parts of the car.
There are various products available that you can brush on which will protect, and turn the 'rust' black. Waxoyl comes to mind.
