Really happy when collected. Took it for a drive and very impressed with ride and the engine. Pulls nicely. Looking forward to many years happy motoring I hope!

Two days after collecting the Logan, the radio is playing up. Intermittantly loses power to the headunit. I suspect a loose plug. Back to the dealer on Monday to be checked over. I'm planning on replacing it anyway in the future but I'd like it to work for now!

Well, the radio has been checked. Connections were all ok, they reset the radio, and time to try it again.

And it's gone again....

Looks like they need to order in a new radio now! Wonder how long that will take?

I should add that I'm still really happy overall. Taking her on a long run to Oxford and back this weekend, so that will be interesting.

Right, time for some proper feedback.

Took Wolvie on her first proper run at the weekend - Oxford and back again.

I love this car. Motorway driving was so easy it was ridiculous. Diesel engine pulls brilliantly, even when already travelling quickly. Cruise control, why have I not had this before?! Now all I need is Wolvie to steer herself too!

Ride was nice and comfortable. Seats supported us nicely and the kids has loads of room in the back. Wolvie rode the road well, a little body roll when cornering at speed but nothing scary. Wind noise was pleasantly low compared to our old Kalos, as was engine noise.

Didn't really test the luggage capacity but it did swallow everything we took easily.

All I can say is that the Logan MCV is a superb car for the money and I would recommend it to anyone.

Looking forward to my next long drive. How often do you get to say that?
