You have taken a screenshot from a web page & not a photo of the actual fuse box.
I have a brown 7.5A in the same location & it's supposed to go to the ECU (that's why the car wouldn't start). It is shown as 15A to seat heater in the details of your diagram. There is a 15A fuse to ECU in passenger compartment fuse box.
The 10A above that 7.5 goes to the fog lamps, 30A to left goes to the heated rear window & 25A to ABS/ ESP.
