Dacia complaints department.

Too an extent I agree. Stuff happens. But Dacia have failed to deliver on time and should be providing more info so that I can make informed choices. They are a multi-national company and should be doing this automatically independent on how busy they are. Feels to me they are winging it and hiding behind a shield of robotic "case managers'.
I should be sitting in my duster now but instead it may be tomorrow, next week , next month or never.
I'm sure that Dacia don't keep the cars hanging around the import centre for the sake of it. They need to ship them out asap to keep the though put going. Just my take on the subject (!) ;)
