Our new car has been stuck at the import centre for three weeks. According to our case manager it is delayed awaiting 'final checks" and won give us a reason for the delay or even an estimated time for delivery....
Is this normal for a new car delivery?
Has anyone found a way of talking to someone at Dacia, above and beyond the case managers, who can make things happen rather than giving out essenrially meaningless replies.
