Now that I've ordered my Duster I'm alert to seeing them on the street and in shopping center parking lots. They are selling like hot cakes in Cali, Colombia but my seat of the pants impression is that only one out of fifteen sightings or so is the 4wd version. Of course the price differential is about ten million pesos or five thousand dollars, not sure in Euros. That's certainly enough to tilt the decision in favor of the base 1.6 liter model for most Colombians. And I see about as many automatics as 4x4s. In other words not many. The auto version only comes with the 2.0 liter engine and is only a tad cheaper than the 4x4. Wonder how this compares with Dacia Duster sales in the UK and Europe.
