Someone said that Dacia were not going to be producing any but if you take the paint code to a bodyshop or a place that mixes car paint, they should be able to make up a batch.
The paint code is on a sticker on the door frame inside the driver's door. My white Duster is QM1
Duster_4x4_driver said here that the Duster Paint codes correspond to Nissan paint codes although the names of the colours may differ. So Dacia QM1 Glacier White is the same as Nissan QM1 Alabaster White, and Dacia K23 Argentum Silver is the same as Nissan K23 Brilliant Silver, Dacia Granite Grey is the same as Nissan Grey/Green etc.
just to confirm - was able to get the paint mixed at Halfords by simply stating "Nissan B53" - the guy checked and said "Met Blue right?" "Yes..." - produced perfectly matched paint to Dacia Caspian Blue
