sorry for the picture quality, but this dashboard does not look like any other I have seen, and after my first three weeks with my Duster, the sound quality is getting a bit on my nerves. Any ideas on what I need? There's this one for the 2013 Duster, not sure how much difference there will be in the fascia. http://www.daciaforum.co.uk/topic/1127-fitting-an-aftermarket-double-din-dab-radio-to-the-duster/
So if I finally understands this correct, the fascia unit I need is only the frame to fit round the Pioneer x3600 unit? And thanks for the video by the way, I don't speak any german, but it looked like an easy thing to do, and I guess mounting the DAB antenna is just as easy. Might give it a try on my own then.As ColdDacia says the radio looks the same. The eBay fascia adaptor should work if you're fitting a square cornered unit.
That's the one yes. Thank you so much for all the help. It's the frame round the unit and includes the mounting brackets to fit the Dacia since the ones that come with the radio most likely won't work.
The DAB antenna fitting depends what type you have, internal ones are a doddle to fit but external is no so straight forward. The steep angle of the roof and the closeness to the front edge make it difficult to get an external DAB aerial to look right. I've done it but it points very slightly forwards because (so far) you can't get a rake adjustable one.
