Hi Everyone,
so I have had a 4x4 Prestige 66 1.5 DCI for just over a week and it has the well known fuel sender / fuel gauge issue of not being entirely accurate :) .
This is my 4th Dacia, but my first 4x4 so I've a rough idea of what I should be expecting, so I am under no illusions that that 2 bars after 300 miles and a predicted range of 450 miles is somewhat off as I was driving a 4x2 Laureate Prime for the last 2 years.
I've also had the issue where I have 3 bars left and 180 range that goes immediately to warning light and 35 range.
I'm suspecting a sticky float, so either remove and free up, or replace sender unit - I'm an engineer, so happy to do it myself.
My question is , does anyone know the OEM part number in case I need to replace? I am hoping that when I pop the inspection cover off it will be there on the top of the sender - all nice and clear, but just in case....?

Thanks

Martin

The sender is part of the fuel pump assy. I doubt if it is available as a separate part.
