These are the pinouts, if not you will have a similar signal.
Pin 2 ACC is what turns the radio on and starts the timeout on removal when you turn the ign off. If that signal works correctly you may have an internal fault

There is a lookup table for the radio code on the forum if you note the last 4 characters of the serial no.

Does the radio come on when you turn on the ignition? If not it could be the ACC signal.

The radio surround is clip on and the unit held with 4 screws. Do you have a multimeter? If so you can check for 12V on pin 2.
