I took the rubbish rear vinyl logo off my Jogger a couple of weeks after I got the car. It was just the Dacia name in vinyl lettering and it had started to peel already. I was dissapointed that when I picked my car up, a year last February roughly, I didn't have the new logo on the front. I have been toying with the idea of changing the grill but wasn't sure whether the new grill woul fit. Quite obviously it does so that might jolt me into looking at it again. Yeah I know people keep asking why would you want to do that. In my opinion Dacia spent millions designing and changing to the new logo. My car should have had the new logo but didn't and if a change was seen by Dacia to be a good thing then I agree with that.

Dacia decided to make the change after they built your car so they decided it shouldn't have the new logo. Beware that if you change the grill to the new style you should be prepared to declare that if you sell the car, otherwise you could be at risk of being judged to have defrauded the buyer by making them think the car is newer than it actually is.

Why are all these forums filled with barrack room lawyers. My car should have had the new logo, the new logo was brought out at least six months before I bought my car I just got old stock. In this country we have registration documents that clearly show when the car was manufactured so fraud cannot happen at least not that sort of fraud and I take umbrage at the fact that you should deem to think that that would be something I would do anyway.. Anyway after seeing the post about the De Lorean I've decided to stick with the original Dacia shield. I would hate anyone to think my car was a De Lorean.
