2 weeks ago we went to our hospital in the Logan and due to the heavy use and nature of the car park you tend to get blocked in, this wasn't a problem then as we dropped down the kerbstone, which wasn't that high and no problems, today we end up going in the c Max and the same happened again, thinking it'd be about the same, dropped the front wheels, then BANG! Both sides of the sill are now buggered and the underside of one of the front wings is dented. Exactly the same bay, same kerb.
I haven't measured it but now just by looking the Logan is a hell of alot higher. Now that is a reason to be thankful and in future car purchases ride height will be important.

My logan looks high when you look at it from the side which is great for when I need to start carrying heavy loads.

Also fantastic when going over speed bumps, as the MRs has a bmw 1 series M that care scratches the bottom even going over small bumps.

Saying that it does handle a lot better than my old Citroen C4 which had 195/50 17" wheels on it, having had a few runs along county roads it's a pleasure to drive around tight bends at 50mph

sounds like you had the same c4 as I once owned, 1.6 hdi (non dpf) vtr+.
The worst car I've ever owned, I really don't want to think about the poor sap that ended up with it.
Your right about the ride, any bump was a huge thud with those 17s on.
The Logan on the other hand is like riding on a wave man (I just had the urge to write that) it seems to ooze over bumps.
I now love the fact of how high it is, only because I didn't realise before ;p

I seriously had nothing but trouble with that car, Citroen are pigs to deal with, and its all done in their own time, no courtesy car, making me pay out for diagnostics on it, making out it was the way i drove. almost lost my job due to always being late. It was a miserable time, I lost alot of money on that thing when I traded it in, but I could of had a party once I'd handed the keys over.
After the way Citroen treat me I will never consider buying one again, in theory a good car, just a shame about their customer care.

I was lucky there was a Citroen and Peugeot specialist in Swansea so at least I was in good hand when the car failed over and over again!!!

Glad those days are over now - loving my Logan and only 150 miles in :)

About 800 ish for me, mines only been getting used Mon to Thur last couple of weeks, so much work around the house on weekends.
My Citroen dealer was hopeless, the 2nd and final time it went for a flywheel they sent it to jct 600 Peugeot as they decided they balls'd it up the first time.
That was the final straw for me.
