Depends the colour of the light, this might help from the manual. It could be just the system being out of range of a transmitter.

1 System operation warning light: – green: operational (network available)
; – off: non-operational (network unavailable)
; – red: operating fault
; – green flashing: call in progress.

Otherwise I don't know, mine has not done anything so far and I hope it stays that way ;)

Yeah it's red
OK If it is flashing red then is a faulty unit, if it is red for 30 seconds at a time then the battery is flat (it should last 4 years so they say).

Either way the only people who can fix it is a dealer, don’t try yourself or you could trigger the SOS function and have all the services turning up at your door.

Not the best idea on a Friday or weekend.

I've just started getting an orange spanner with "Warning: Check SOS system" message.

Has anyone else had the same?
I had the SOS warning a couple of months ago on a Sandero 3, fixed in 5 minutes flat at the service centre and no recurrence since.
I forgot to ask what the problem was unfortunately, but given the fast turnaround it must be a known glitch.
