I think it's a vinyl wrap, so you may need to peel it off and replace it.

Cheap to buy off eBay etc., and easy to cut/fit...or get your local car wrap guys to quote you a price.

Incidentally, I made custom door decals to make my Jogger look like a higher spec model. Cost me less than £10 all in, incl. the logos:

 

It dose appear to be some sort of vinyl wrap. It’s so odd to why it’s coming away as it looks like it fits under the window seal. Your custom ones look really good

 

I had 2x Dusters before the Jogger, neither of which had the black wrapped door frames/pillars.

I never got round to wrapping them, but they do look good when they're done.

Latest Duster has them, which saves me the bother!

 

Owners of other Dacia models report that the black taping along the doors peels away in a very short time, the dealers blame use of jet washes but it's purely down to poor quality tape/adhesive.
We use a high pressure steam cleaner to wash our trucks and unless you concentrate the jet on the adhesive livery tape it doesn't lift.

 

The dealers use jet washers, so the damage is initiated by the dealerships.

I never use a jet washer to clean my car, only a micro fibre mitt and Aldi wash'n'wax in a bucket of water. Dry it off with another mitt, looks as if it has just come out of the showroom every time (!)

 

Mine is nice and shiny as it had its annual wash the Friday before last at the dealers.
