My exhaust has snapped right next the the front joint of the throttle valve exhaust thing. How do I change this part? I can't find it anywhere.

I can see where the exhaust has failed, are you thinking of replacing the exhaust yourself or putting it into a tyre and exhaust fitters?
Temporary repair could be to cut out a section then "sleeve " it with a smaller pipe internally with gun gum and jubilee clips to secure until permanent repair.
A trip to the nearest renault/dacia dealer with a parts depth would result in a rapid identification of parts and prices.
