Hello everyone...diy mechanic here.
After successfully changing oil and filters on my Sandero Stepway (South African model: Renault Sandero Stepway Plus), I'm attempting to reset the service light using a Konnwei KW808 OBD2 scanner.
Can anyone tell me the correct sequence of commands to follow and, what is the correct DTC code (P????)
Any information anyone can give me will be much appreciated.

Many thanks!!

Sadly, some of the budget scanners only read/clear fault codes, but can't be used to reset the oil maintenance interval. Something like a mid range icarsoft scanner would work though, but they're around 200-300£. A few on Amazon too (UK anyway): Search for
LAUNCH OBD2 Scanner CRP123I V2.0
These are £131.
Have you considered checking with any local independant workshops in your area? They'd probably charge buttons just for a reset.

With a 2019 car i suppose you are refering to the Yeiiow Electrical Fault Light that they started using as a Service light. It predates the Oil Maintenance Interval.
You need an OBD II ELM327 dongle with the microcontroller PIC18F25K80, PIC18F2480 was the original version but was discontinued PIC18F25K80 has 2x flash memory but the extra memory is not used and it can be clocked faster.
You also need the Car Scanner App or the more complicated to use Ddt4all, PyClip or PyRen software.
The KW902 or Streetwize dongles are pricey but known to work. ELM 327 dongles are Bluetooth or WiFi, you can use either
There is more info on the forum if you search. Be careful in your Dongle ones without the above chip will read but not wrie changes.

Other's have posted prior to my reply.
Your query has been posed and answered a great many times previously and a search of the forum (unfortunately, the search facility is not great but it's worth persevering with)..will pay dividends.
I watched the video, on your behalf, of your scanner and read the on-line info and it appears that it can't clear the service indicator..
As I understand it there are several ways to extinguish the service indicator:
The ddt4all program - powerful, complicated, can be dangerous for the unwary - no clear "hand holding" guide of how to use..
The Android Car Scanner App - free, many use it and give good results - needs a dongle. I'd use this one if I didn't get the Service Reset App to work.
The Dacia Service Reset App - free & simple, many use it although some seem to have trouble - needs a dongle. I use this app and the ELM 327 wireless dongle.
The dongle needs to have the correct chipset otherwise it won't talk to the car's onboard computer.
Some say the Topdon scanner AL 400 A is useful,.I may buy this one for use if I get other faults in the future.
Information on all these is on the forum and Youtube videos. It's worth spending time, quite a bit of time, searching and reading..
Please post your feedback when you've solved the problem.
