Hi all,

Well my first Dacia, I coudn't ignore the cost of a New SUV for under 11k, I went for the Access model with the view to fitting my own stereo system.

I like the Car, feels nice and robust and plenty of space for a mate and a couple of Golf Bags and trollies.

Thinking this would be a reasonably simple process I ordered 13cm Speakers after some research and a nice bluetooth radio.

And herein ended any thought of a easy life......

The door panels came off easily enough but I discovered that the speakers were too small and the pre wired cable didnt fit.

I have ordered another pair of 15cm which should fit and a couple of adapters for the connection.

I picked up a Radio from Halfords and found that life wasnt go to be that simple, It wasn't a case of pushing a few connectors together *Insert Naive numbskull here*

I got onto youtube, google and even an old mate who was an electrician, they all kind recommended the same thing, just go to a specialist store and order a Radio adapter harness for a Dacia Duster, job done...

Nope, the adapter arrived from Germany, recommended by some guy who seemed to know what he was on about on youtube....

Didnt fit.

Now for the life of me I have scoured the internet looking for a correct harness, but they all come up with the same one that doesnt fit.

I am assuming that the 2020 Duster has changed and that a new adapter is needed that no-one I can find knows about..

And so I came here...

Does anyone know where I can get the correct adapter for a 2020 Duster?

Sorry for the long text.

Those connectors from second photo is to connect in MediaNav, for Steering Wheel Remote Control (smaller) and all communications (the 24 pins) - microphone, CAN, rear camera, etc.
Your unit I think is not Renault.

Hi Daedalus,
The adapter on that site is the one I have, it seems every search I do brings up that Adapter.
I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing, gonna have a Day on it Tomorrow.

Thanks for the response.

Coudn't let it go, had to have another look......

I took out the bottom Din and rummaged around, sure enough up popped another connector.

So *Blushes* it was just a case of me not finding the second connector, the one I have now fits perfectly, System powers up. Can't check it yet until speakers come but I'm sure everything is ok now.

Thank you for the responses.
