Can anybody please tell me what size allen key do I need to change the pads on my daughters 2018 Stepway 0.9 Tce petrol?

Don't know for sure but I can remember having to file down an allen key to 7mm one evening 'cos I couldn't find one from my set. So it could be 7mm, but allen keays are cheap, why not buy a set then you'll have them for next time.
Thanks Andrew, got a set but just wanted to be sure it wasn't an odd size as I had one a bit back that was 8.5mm????

Interesting this. The Haynes manual (!) for the equivalent Clio shows a spanner removing a bolt to undo the caliper prior to swinging it up to remove the pads.

Aside from that, is it definitely an allen key, or a torx? Be good to know for when I have to do the job. Please keep this up to date so that I can overwrite the Haynes.
There are hexagonal head bolts for mounting the complete caliper/body assembly but the caliper bolts which allow for movement as the pads wear and which you would loosen one and remove the other for easy access to change the pads are definitely allen key heads on this Dacia. I fully expected Torx and took a set with me and had a wasted ninety mile trip. My outlook on life and which I continually boringly repeat to others is " assume nothing". Got it wrong this time, should have followed my own rules. All the above said, as with all manufacturers, if at some point there are shortages on the assembly line then torx head or whatever will be used to keep up the production targets.
