This time of year I find late evening a great time to wash the car. It's easier to dry, too. Otherwise the sun dries the car before you've finished washing then bakes on the water marks.

I wash in the wheel arches, bottom of the sills, under the bonnet and in winter I point the hose pipe at the underside of the car.

 

Oh, and if you've got a Sandero/Stepway/Logan (delete as appropriate) then you'll just love* trying to dry that front grille!

 

I think I'll invite a family of bees to live in the grill... :lol:
