The CEL & glow plug lights are on.

The glow plugs should be replaced. There is also a control module for the plugs. The battery should also be checked.

Put a battery charger on the battery and it said it was healthy (100%).

Hooked stuff back up and has different warning lights.

You can not test a battery that is not under load. Leave everything connected and put the lights on and see what the charger says, even then don't rely on it.

 

Was it particularly cold in your location this morning?
Did the engine turn over reasonably quickly?
Was there any smoke from the exhaust as the car was turning over?
Not sure about the Sandero but often the glowplug ligh will light even whn only one of them is working.
If the engine only turned over slowly there probably wouldn't have sufficient speed of compression to ignite.
Smoke from the exaust, if there was any, will will indicate fuel's getting to the cycliners but there's insufficient pressure to fire.
You could try some "Easy start" spray be sure to follow the instructions if you're not used to using it, but it's not a good idea to make a habit of it's use, but it will help to diagnose the glow plug operation.

A diesel engine with good compression and good battery will start without the glow plugs unless the outside temperature is in the minuses.
Sounds like the battery doesn't have the amps to start the engine and is causing all the faults on the dashboard as modules are not receiving the specified voltage.

 

Several warning lights are on. The glow plug & CEL are flashing. There's more to it than simple glow plug replacement. Let the garage techs sort it out.
