Was it particularly cold in your location this morning?
Did the engine turn over reasonably quickly?
Was there any smoke from the exhaust as the car was turning over?
Not sure about the Sandero but often the glowplug ligh will light even whn only one of them is working.
If the engine only turned over slowly there probably wouldn't have sufficient speed of compression to ignite.
Smoke from the exaust, if there was any, will will indicate fuel's getting to the cycliners but there's insufficient pressure to fire.
You could try some "Easy start" spray be sure to follow the instructions if you're not used to using it, but it's not a good idea to make a habit of it's use, but it will help to diagnose the glow plug operation.
